A: Well, for starters, you can experiment. Try all the ones you want to try…Read up on the objectives and skills and try to educate yourself in the sport as best as you can. Each of the sports you want to do have some connection to another. For example, if you are playing football, you obviously have to run alot so why not try track too?Next, you can pick your favorites…If you don’t like running, I would not reccomend any of the ones you said, other than wrestling. Find your strengths and weaknesses in each sport and weigh them out. Then, you can practice, practice, practice!! Set realistic goals for yourself (i.e. I am going to try to run a mile every other day, etc.) Keep a postive mental attitude. Do not let yourself get discouraged. Q: I would like to know how to become more athletic without joining sports. Im 14 so its not like i can go to the gym well… without my parent/guardian any ways. I don’t want it to be boring either. What I mean by boring is like lifting weights and stuff like that also nothing expensive either. my job doesn’t pay very much.
A: go ride your bike far distances. that way you a exercising and enjoying yourself.extreme sports are good too. skateboarding, surfing, roller blading, etc.
