A: Forget that it’s not healthy, I don’t even think that’s possible. Maybe if you weighed 400 lbs.! Your body needs a minimum of 1200 calories a day just to breathe, poop, etc. If you don’t eat that much it will hang onto fat. Stay with 1200 calories a day, 1400 if you exercise, and you’ll probably lose 2-3 lbs. a week at first, then it will slow down to 1-2 lbs. a week. So 10 lbs. this first month is probably doable.
