A: Well, you have to give yourself 8 hours of sleep. 7 to sleep and that 8th for beauty sleep (for the body to repair itself). So look at what time you have to be in school, take into account travel time and time to get ready and there you go. As for exercises, do stretchy ones, maybe some jumping jacks. I like to exercise before I go to bed, it just makes more sense to me to waste some calories before I go to bed with them. I do lunges 100 each leg, I also use 2 5lb weights with the lunges, 100+ sit-ups. Start small and build your way up, remember, 1-stretch, 2-it counts when it burns so always do a little bit more, 3- the harder you push the bigger the rewards.

I like to do most of my sleeping at night unless i am sick or something and have to grab a nap whenever i can manage. If you are working or going to school in the day time then you should try to go to bed about 9 pm.
