I’m lifting weights since I’m 19 years old and I swimm regulary 3 times in the week.I’m 34 years old and fit, but not muscular like bodybuilders and with big muscles. It’s enough to have a normal body and and have some muscles, but not too much.I hope this helps you as an information and good advise.
