Your Maximal heart rate is 220 minus you age.{for example if your 20 yo then your Maximal heart rate would be 200 beats per minute.}Your target heart rate should be 50 – 85% of your maximal heart rate.{So if you’re 20 yo your target heart rate would be 100–170 beats per minute}
