What is the best exercise I can do at home without any equipment to tone my inner thighs?
Q: I have relatively good shaped legs, all that bothers me is my inner thighs, I want them to be smooth, not that little flabby bit there. Want my inner thighs toned. I don’t have much equipment at home so what can I do to tone them in the comfort of my own lounge? I do have ankle weights though! Oh and don’t bother suggesting a diet, just literally want an exercise technique to tone inner thighs. Look forward to your answers! 🙂
A: Rollup a towel or pillow and put it between you knees, gently squeeze and hold for 10 seocnds and release. Clenching your bum muscles makes it even better. I had this exercise after knee surgery to stregnthen my thigh muscles and it works great for the inner thighs. You could also stand with your back against the wall, legs shoulder length apart and out from the wall slightly, slide down the wall as far as feels comfortable, hold for a few seconds and come up. Lie on your side and raise your leg, hold for a few seconds and relax. You should build up the amount you do at a time. Hope that helps, Good Luck!
Best way to tone inner thighs and obliques?
Q: What’s the best way to tone and slim the inner thighs and obliques? I feel that those areas on my body are the ones that need work. Any exercises I can do to help tone and slim them?
A: im gonna give you an equation i give to all my clients on the first day, more muscle=more calories burned. its very easy to lose weight as long as you dedicate yourself to it. for your legs try this. weighted lunges, flutter kicks, squats, side step squats, hamstring curls, and leg press. for your obliques do dumbell side bends, air bike, and while in a crunch position twist with a weight. so add more muscle and the fat should melt right off
How can I tone my inner legs, especially my inner thighs?
Q: Hi, I’ve been trying to tone my inner thighs for so long now and nothing I do seems to be working.I eat very healthy and exercise everyday at the gym. I am 1,60cm tall and 52kgs which is healthy.I feel like most of my fat or maybe water) is stored in my inner thighs… Any suggestions on what i can do to reduce the size and tone my thighs????any certain type of exercise??
A: Stationary bikes are good. It’s fun, I swear, and the faster you go, the easier it is to stay upright. There is no way to spot reduce so the only really sure way to get rid of the jiggles is overall weight loss but things you can do to tighten the muscles:Lay on your side, supporting yourself on one elbow/arm whatever is most comfortable. Have your upper leg back a bit and use it for support if you need it. Lift your lower leg up as far as you can. It’ll feel sort of like you’re trying to cross your legs. Do 8-10 reps and switch. Do 4 sets on each side (if you can. It’s harder than it sounds)Stand with your feet a lil wider than hips.Point your toes outward then slowly squat downward. When this becomes too easy, grab some dumbells and try it. There’s way to check if you are doing it right…put your hand on your inner thigh when squatting down…can you feel the muscle contract? u shud also try overall toning
