A: you should do @ least 30 minutes of cardio @ least 3 times a week. With that, add some strength training. You could start taking Yoga and Pilates classes, or you could simply use the free weights or machines @ the gym. Use low weights with a lot of repetitions. The higher the weight, the bulkier you’ll get. So, low weight, 3 repetitions of, say, 20, and 30 mins. @ least 3 times a week should get you starting to show results. Also, get yourself a stability ball and while you’re @ home watching TV or whatever, sit on it, try and stabalize, do some crunches on it, lay over it with your feet touchin the floor and lift your upper body up…things like this will help to tone as well.
