Anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it there is a good cardio workout. Sounds like you are on the right track. Just don’t get discouraged if it takes longer to see results than you would like, they don’t happen overnight!

Q: I’m 13 and I really need some sort of workout plan. My legs are seeming to me as though they are a little bit errm…mannish. I want to lose some weight on my thighs and tone up my legs. I also want to have a somewhat good body. Please give me a link to a website or something. Or just give me some advie :). Peace!
A: just do lots of cardio/running, cycling etc. dont even touch any weights until your 16+things like squats tho and push ups and crunches/sit ups are very good for tone.
