A: The lower abs get defined by using your lower body. You have a couple options:1) Hanging leg lifts – hang from a pull-up bar and pull your legs into your chest (slowly).2) Pelvic thrusts – lay on a flat bench and hold on to the sides (or over your head). Lift your legs straight up in the air, then thrust your lower body up into the air. Release slowly for maximum burn. 3) Hip adductors / abductor – The machine that resembles stirrups at the OB-GYN works the lower abs, too.A low body fat percentage totally helps. For this, I highly recommend running more than 20 minutes per day (so that you go into calorie-burning mode), drinking lots of water, and eating a healthy diet. Good luck!
