A: A healthy, balanced diet… lean meats, cooked thoroughly, fresh fruit and vegetables, all need to be washed before eating, rice, (carbs) and she needs to be taking pre natal vitamins.you can google ‘pregnancy diet” for more of an idea, but to a degree she does need to be increasing her calories.
