Hormones vary for everybody. Mine went up and down the whole time I was pregnant. I wanted sex one day, didn’t want to see my SO the next day. Don’t get too stressed about it. I think it picks up because she is already pregnant and cant get preg at this time. Sometimes you get more of a high sex drive while you are pregnant.
