Let Me Tell You a Story Whilst on the Topic of Hotels Mozambique

My choice of hotels Mozambique is just as influenced by levels of friendly service and amenities as it is by the bill of things to do and places to see, which I’m sure counts for many other than myself.
And so begins my recollection of why it’s been the case of late that when I visit hotels Mozambique, it’s always the same place … that is, as many times as work and budget constraints will allow. We all have at one time or another had our trusted travel agents sell us the idea of splashing our savings away at some sea-side resort and bask away hard-earned bucks by some beachfront’s sun, but when I sarcastically enquired recently about where such an inflation-less paradise is, the apt answer was Mozambique!
Often times, it’s the attractions that tend to make the sell, innumerable beaches as alluded to above with Maputo Beach likely to get worthy mentions. There’ll be the bit about Polana Casino which brags about 142 gaming machines as it does table-games, and on some occasions when it’s sensed that culture’s short Natural History Museum: a restored colonial venue housing a wide collection of rare collectibles. But hardly anything gets said about what’s really in it for you when it comes to hosts of Mozambique hotels you’re supposed to choose from … apart from how much they go for!
I appreciate most of the places of interest and not less opportunities for leisure hinted above; as a matter of fact I plan to be a guest at Maputo Elephant Reserve one of these good days, but for one my travel needs are determined by how my business needs are met; meaning that connecting to fast internet keeps me on the go and on top of my schedule away from the office.
I work-out almost every day if afforded the privilege, and will even make time to either finish a book I haven’t had a chance to back home or borrow one where I’m accommodated. Now which one of those hyped Mozambique hotels can cater for this is what I’d really like for my tireless agent to respond to – “before my next trip abroad thank you.”
Well needless to say I was speedily given a straight reply to that as well – what can I say, Annie my agent always has the answers! To cut a long story short, come the weekend I was walking into the exquisitely decorated Southern Sun Maputo, leading of 5-star hotels Mozambique and facing the aforementioned beach – yes that one – having my luggage lifted off my overworked shoulders by an impeccable cheerful chap in uniform, while being guided friendlily to my room with a view to flush any faint memory of pollution, traffic or taxis. I knew right there and then I had arrived … that Ann deserved triple the tip I made her … and I forgave her for having me as her highest holiday-maker. Time to relax, a sizzling sea-food platter and white-wine spritzer waits by the veranda, savour I will!
