Do you think that your school distinct spends the same amount on each child?
Q: What child in the you school district costs the most to educate? Would you believe it is the children that will never have a job, never go to college. I recent found out a child who does not respond to others is unable to do any of their own personal hygenie, goes to school. They have an aid on the bus for her, an RN on the bus in case she has a seizure, an aid all day with her during school and a special ed teacher w/ a classroom ratio of 8/1 for the certified teacher. Now that is an incredible waste of money.
A: Well, Peaches, just suppose that you are the mother of a disabled child. Suppose that it is your child you just described. Well, I’m assuming you don’t have children and if you do, you’d better spend every single day thanking God your child is not disabled. I, for one, think it is a wonderful use of tax money.
Anyone out there with a VNS implant? I have a VNS implant to aid in controlling epileptic seizures. I’d like

It goes from very normal to just having to talking like I am inhaling a cigarette for 1 minute almost.Yes, I am satisfied with my implant. Yes,, I still take my meds. I don’t exactly know how the scale runs, but he has changed mine each and every time I have been there. He has never left it the same.I am not sure where you are getting with this ?, but I introduce to you another implant for research if you are interested. The only problem with me is that the hospital that gave me my implant, doesn’t do this yet, and I will not go to another facility.I have had seizures for 26 years of my life so, I will do almost anything that the DR will suggest at this point!Well, good luck to ya!
Do you think that Burma is engaging in Genocide?
Q: With the recent hurricane and initial death from that, along with the seizure of humanitarian aid and reluctance of the Burmese junta to allow help into the country (or even help the affected population on any great scale themselves) the end result – more death from disease, injury and famine – it seems to me that the junta is practicing an EXTREMELY DISGUSTING form of population control in one part of the country, while using propoganda to try and fool and appease the rest of the population, minimising any attempts at uprising (or deadly protests). Constitutional vote when your people are dying? Are they serious?Rwanda had an eventual result, as did Cambodia. It took too long in those countries to name just two with the use of past tense, not current. Will it take too long yet again?I am looking at it cynically, but how many reasons are there to dissallow your neigbour’s help (distant and immediate), if your population is in need AND KNOW that you are unable to go it alone?Dear widget maker (?)Living in a DEMOCRACY, We are ALL entitled to express what we believe, without others attempting to jam THEIR thoughts down other’s throats. We can’t all have IQ’s of 2000.Do you remember the ORIGINAL reports out of Cambodia or RWANDA – that nothing was wrong, or that there was nothing wrong in South Africa before Apartheid ended, or out of East Timor that nothing was wrong, or out of Zimbabwe that nothing IS wrong (?) Have you ever spoken to people that have come from those countries.I am very unlikely to start any wars as long as there are people who wear very dark sunglasses.
A: Of course, they are. The comparison with Katrina, by one the responders, is probably unfair in that the democratic mayor and governor were completely incompetent while the ruling Burmese know exactly what they are doing.
