What are some traits you look for in a good writer? Some people believe if you have a degree that makes you a good writer or if you have a large amount of readers. In my opinion a good writer is someone who brings a unique view only he or she could be capable of producing.
You want to leave your reader with something that can evoke emotion or spark an idea I call it “brain candy”. I read a lot in my spare time and I notice most writers their work was lacking a message. Good writing makes me see things from new angles I never dreamed were possible.
Money plays a big part as to why content suffers people just write to get a paycheck and not for the love of writing. I’ll admit when I first started YCN I was all about the money until I realized I was just like the rest of them money hungry.
Which lead me to change my game plan now I focus more on creating content embedded with morals and values. The next time you create content ask yourself this” how will this content affect the reader and what message will he or she take away from it.” In your opinion what are some qualities you look for in a good writer?
