According to a Yahoo! Sports report, the Giants can become the first team ever to endure a four-game losing streak and rebound to win a title, with a victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5. In fact, they are only the second such team to make it this far, joining the 2002 Oakland Raiders.

Victor Cruz
On Jan. 25, Cruz tweeted “So who’s going to Indy?!?! Who’s on a road trip? Who’s flying? Let me know guys!” Much like the Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers, the Giants have a fanbase that is known to be well-traveled. It doesn’t matter where the game is- you can bet on Giants fans showing up in droves to represent their team.
One day earlier, Cruz tweeted “Can’t believe a kid from Paterson is in the Super Bowl. Dream come true! #Bap 2x.” Cruz went to high school in Paterson, New Jersey, and he hasn’t forgotten his roots. Follow Cruz on Twitter @TeamVic.
Mario Manningham
Giants wide receiver Mario Manningham has racked up over 45,000 Twitter followers because he’s constantly engaging with fans through the site. Perhaps it’s not surprising then that he put the focus on the fans instead of himself when the Giants punched a ticket to Indy for the Super Bowl.
On Jan. 25, Manningham tweeted “What you guys been up to twit fam? Who out there is counting the days till Super Bowl? Follow Manningham on Twitter @ManninghamNYG82.
Justin Tuck
On Jan. 23, Tuck tweeted “All praise goes to the most high God. Thank You #off2indy.” Tuck will be one of the key players the Giants’ defense will turn to in order to put Tom Brady on his back in the Super Bowl next Sunday.

Jason Pierre-Paul
On Jan. 23, Pierre-Paul tweeted “We won and we kept on fighting to the end thank you lord. I would like to thank the fans for believing in us thank u guys.” Judging from his Twitter page, Pierre-Paul seems to be one of the most spiritual Giants on the site and he isn’t shy about bringing up religion in his tweets.

Prince Amukamara
Amukamara made two simple tweets on Jan. 23 that summed up the feelings of Giants fans across the country. The first tweet said “Shoutout to all the fans who believed in us #nyg.” Later in the day, he wrote “We fight we fight we fight we fight!! #superbowl.” The rookie cornerback missed the first 10 weeks of the season, but he filled in nicely for Aaron Ross when Tom Coughlin thought he was ready for action.
