Lindsay Lohan Visits Jimmy Fallon, Talks SNL Hosting Gig & Film Career

Pushing forth with her pre-SNL press blitz, Lindsay Lohan turned up for a guest appearance on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” in New York City on Thursday (March 1).

The 25-year-old took to the stage at Rockefeller Center clad in a monochrome bandeau mini dress while proceeding forth to chat with Jimmy about this weekend’s gig as host of “Saturday Night Live”.

Talking about going straight to the NBC sketch comedy show’s head honcho, Lorne Michaels, to land the job, LiLo recollected, “I kept asking him. I wasn’t giving up.”

Lindsay continued to tell that her persistence finally paid off when she ran into Lorne on the streets of Los Angeles, as she dished, “You know Lorne, he’s very straight to the point. He was like, ‘What about March 3?’, I’m like, ‘I’m free!’”

Along with the SNL talk, Miss Lohan also spoke briefly about nabbing the role of Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming Lifetime movie before engaging in a game of Pictionary with a few of the clues including “Corndog,” “Pole Vaulting” and “Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is”.

Building momentum for a career comeback, Lindsay Lohan dropped by the “Today” show yesterday morning for a chat with Matt Lauer.

The “Mean Girls” starlet explained that while she used to have an appetite for destruction, she’s happy to maintain a low-key lifestyle these days.

“That’s not my thing anymore. I went out, actually a few months ago with a friend. And I was so uncomfortable. Not because I felt tempted just because it was the same thing that it always was before. And it just wasn’t fun for me. I’ve become more of a homebody. And I like that.”

As for her out-of-control moments, Lindsay shared, “I’ve experienced things like that. It’s a really sad factor that can come into play in people’s lives sometimes if you don’t recognize it. And a lot of people don’t like to, and I think I did that for a long time. I think I was scared and didn’t want to admit it to myself, let alone anyone else.”
