Manchester City is currently at the top of the table this season and so far have only lost twice. The reason for their successes is obviously their keeper Joe Hart. In 20 matches thus far, he has only conceded 16 goals and has recorded 8 shutouts. Because of his stellar performances, he is one of 32 other english players nominated for England’s Player of the Year.
Since the 2010 Fifa World Cup, Hart has been England’s number one keeper. He appeared in all 9 games in 2011 for England giving up just 6 goals. The english have yet to lose with him between the pipes. He has helped them qualify for the Euro 2012 this summer. Euro 2012 should be interesting and I’m sure Hart will help England win it.
