Last week Ben Affleck showed off his stellar parenting and was photographed hanging out with his daughters Violet and Seraphina, ages six and two. Ben was seen in a longer haircut than we’re used to but maybe he was in character? The A-list actor has been filming “Argo,” a movie he’s both directing and starring in about a CIA mission that saved six American diplomats during the 1979 Iran hostage crisis.
Ben is pretty close to being the cutest dad in Hollywood but is he the cutest? Some other celebs might deserve that title.
Brad Pitt
Sometimes we feel like the “Moneyball” star is a little overexposed but after he gave a pep talk to a suicidal fan this week, he rose up pretty high on our list of cute and courageous Hollywood dads.
An observer said Brad told the fan, “Look, man, life is up and down, it’s a vicious cycle, but you have to go through it and deal with that. You can be down, but then you come back up again, and every failure can lead to success.’”
Brad fathers a large brood with superstar Angelina Jolie. Hmm…do you ever think he gives similar peptalks to his children?
Christian Bale
Mr. Bale looks pretty charming in his Batman suit and we’re looking forward to seeing him reprise his role as Gotham’s favorite superhero in 2012’s “The Dark Knight Rises.” The actor has a six-year-old daughter with wife and former model Sandra “Sibi” Blažić. We’re not sure if Christian is the cutest Hollywood dad but he certainly is one of the most attractive.
Hugh Jackman
This Aussie native was named “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2008 by People and we can’t argue with that title! Jackman is the father of two adopted children, Oscar and Ava, he raises with wife Deborra-Lee Furness. The A-list actor is one of Hollywood’s most famed actors and we consider him one of the best looking dads on the playground. Do you think he beats out the other Hollywood dads?
Matt Damon
The star of such acclaimed films like “Goodwill Hunting” and “Invictus” also stars in a major role at home: Dad. Matt has three kids with wife Luciana Bozán Barroso, who was a bartender in Miami before meeting the Oscar winner. The blonde haired babe is one of our favorite Hollywood dads with a great smile and we can’t wait to see him in this year’s “We Bought a Zoo.”
