David Klassen, Amazing Spider Man art director, signed a sworn court document stating his efforts to ban all stories on this sexual battery and libel case from the internet, as well as any stories he can discussing the singer who has accused him. It isn’t a wonder why he doesn’t want this story revealed in public, as the details can be quite startling. Klassen met transgender singer Bralalalala through his acting attorney girlfriend defendant Yolanda Marsili, who made written statements to the singer seeking a platonic and professional based meeting between her and her then undisclosed boyfriend Klassen. Marsili shared the singer’s photos with Klassen, unbeknown to her at the time, thus instigating what the singer claims in her civil court complaint is the real reason for her being invited into the life of Klassen. Klassen is accused of forced oral copulation, and wrongful touching of intimate parts, and the sexual assault and battery dervied from that.
A police investigation preceded the civil case, ending with 2 submssions to the DA office. His girlfriend Marsili is accused as an accomplice for setting up the arrangement. Both of them are also charged with libel based on a website they admit to making on the singer in their cross complaint. The singer says they made the site to avoid criminal prosecution and to villify Bralalalala for leading the life of a provacative transgender singer.
Klassen and Marsili attempted to sue the singer for extortion, but it did not work out, as the allegations were deemed insufficient to bring a trial of facts. They also attempted to use this allegation in their answer as well as defenses of deceit and fraud, but these defenses were all struck on motion by Bralalalala. They have a long lingering appeal process wherein they hope to amend their crosss complaint extortion allegations at a later date.
