Q: I am a basketball player with great skill on the offensive and defensive side. I have an NBA shot which goes in nearly everytime, i am an excellent rebounder offensivly and defensivly, i am a fantastic dribbler so good that i am 6′ tall and i am an SF and PG on my AAU team. A: focus on executing simple fundamentals – these are the only things you can consistently control in a game. A: music use music to do it it always worked for me just get head phones an ipod full of your favorites songs and trust me it will get your blood flowing.. and if that doesn’t work feed of your other teamates energy if your playing in intense games some body has to be pumped up
