True to form the Son’s of Anarchy have done it yet again, keeping us on the edge of our seat and our jaws on the floor. Last week’s episode left us with ton’s of questions and thousands of fan’s guessing what was going to happen next. I was right along with those fans and talking throughout the night with other fan’s from the show.Enough of that let’s get on with what happened this week.
In the wake of the new day even tragedy doesn’t slow things down in Charming. There is now an armed prospect guarding Tara constantly, although he may not be the sharpest tool in the shed. The prospect came in and told Tara that one of her family members had arrived, and she allowed her to come in although she wasn’t family. Wendy Case has come back to town after a two and a half year hiatus. You remember her, she is Jax’s ex and Able’s biological mother. She went to rehab and got a degree to work with the personnel department on some project. Wendy is looking to get to know her son, and thinks for some reason that talking to Tara would help her out somehow? They exchanged some words and Wendy went on her way, leaving Tara to think about what had just transpired. Enraged she smashed her hand on the nightstand which caused them to have to take her back to surgery.
Gemma had a conversation with Unser over coffee the morning after the big fight with Clay, and told him to finish what he had started with Piney and not let this be the thing that takes Clay down. She then headed to the hospital to go check on things with Tara and saw Margaret on her way up. Margaret told her of the plans Jax and Tara have to continue on to Oregon where the hospital is that will hire her and wait until she is healed. Once that little ‘talk’ is over Gemma begins yet again to make her way to see her soon to be daughter in law and is met by her son. Jax hadn’t seen her since Clay had gotten ahold of her. He was a little on the angry side but she made him promise to not do anything about it and let her handle it.
Back at the prison Otto is making deals of his own. He decides he is going to become friendly with Lincoln and get a couple of privledges reinstated and one for a friend in exchange for his testimony against his club. Once his conditions are in writing he starts to spill the beans so to speak with a stenographer. Another thing since we are speaking of rats, Juice spills the beans on what has been going on with him to Chibs who assures him that it would all be okay seeing the fact that his birth certificate says he is hispanic, and not black. He still checks in but seems to be a little more at ease.
Jax does confront Clay about the beating he had given to Gemma, and is told to mind his own business. They have other things to take care of like hunting down the people who tried to abduct Tara and who are responsible for her injury that could end her career. Yes Romeo led the Son’s to a camp where the people were supposed to be but we all know that was a load of crap and all of those people were killed innocently. Romeo vows to finish the job. Gemma later returns to Jax’s house where she sends for Wendy and tells her that she can get to know her son but on her schedule not Wendy’s.
It was finally time for Opie to go and visit his father. Call it bad timing or being stubborn, but he finally arrived to the cabin to talk to Piney and he ultimately found his body then found Unser lurking around right outside the door. He was unaware that he had been followed to the cabin , and he didn’t say anything about coming to visit Piney, but he knew he was dead so why would he? At first Opie looked as though he was going to blame Unser for Piney’s death but Unser made it abundantly clear who was responsible for that. He also had a few more truth’s for Opie that he wasn’t exactly ready to hear. He was told that it was Clay who had killed Piney, that he had put a hit out on him, and that instead of him dying it was his wife Donna who had been killed. I have a feeling that Opie will be the final cause to Clay’s demise and that Jax won’t exactly be sad about that.
