Recycled Blue Jean Crafts – Crocheted Denim Cloche Pattern

Recycled denim, whether the denim is blue or another color, make cute cloche hats. The hat itself takes approximately 1 ½-hours to make. The pattern calls for a single crochet stitch so it is easy enough for a beginner.

Cut or tear the denim into ½-inch strips prior to starting the project. Connect the strips using a 1-inch slit in the center of each end. Loop the strips together just like you would to connect strips for making rag rugs. Roll the strips into balls for easy handling while crocheting the cloche.
