Never Pay Full Price when Shopping Online

Living in urban centers and working long hours forces me to shop frequently online as to avoid parking issues, congested traffic, and the retail shopping hassles. Online shopping allows for competitive pricing, and at your fingertips are Google, yahoo and bing. Why are search engines important in online shopping? COUPONS, COUPONS, COUPONS… I am unlike my mother where she files every coupon she is mailed and uses them when she shops. At one point, she was named the coupon Queen of our city and had a spread in the local newspaper. Sometimes online I may purchase 10 to 15 different items and to have a coupon for each is simply time consuming. What I do like is the ability to find a 35% coupon on your entire order, which can end up with substantial savings.

The key is to search for whatever they ask for. Online retailers may use promotion, coupon, or other word to describe their discount. Enter J-Crew coupon code in a search engine and select a code or link that mirrors your purchase. Now some codes expire so sometimes you may need to stick with reliable sites that give you better codes or keep trying codes until they work. You usually find some good discounts with a good search result.

Random internet searching can be hazardous as they have links for coupon codes and then they take you to sites that appear to be legitimate retailers when in fact they are phony sites set up to steal your information. My advice is to stick to the codes unless you can verify the website. Rule of thumb, never pay full price when you can get it for cheaper.
