Free Week Three NFL Predictions

Thanks for checking out my free week three NFL games picks for the 2011 season. These free NFL game predictions are suitable for your office football pool as I don’t do point spread picks. The free week three game picks could also help you with football betting among your friends.

Last week on my free NFL game picks I went 13-2 not counting the Monday Night game. That brings my two week pro football predicting record to 22 and 9 so far. To check out how I am doing in the YCN football picks contest click this link. Please check back next week for my free week four NFL predictions.

Jacksonville at Carolina

The Los Angeles, I mean Jacksonville Jaguars bring their 1-1 record to Carolina to play the 0-2 Panthers. The Jags are a hard team to pick as they run as hot and cold as any team in the league. Carolina is 0-2 but has shown spunk and Cam Newton is having a great rookie year. I like Carolina at home to win 27 to 24.

Detroit at Minnesota

The Lions could be in for a letdown at a division opponent whose backs are against the wall. I really like picking home teams but the Vikings are just not talented enough. My free week three prediction is the Lions win 17 to 13.

San Francisco at Cincinnati

Two bottom feeder teams floundering around trying to win games. I like the Bengals at home to win 17 to 14. If it wasn’t for Seattle I would call this the game to win Andrew Luck’s services.

Miami at Cleveland

Miami brings their somewhat talented team up north to face the Browns. I really thought Cleveland would be 2-0 at this point but the new coach and new system may have slowed them down. I like the Browns at home to win 24 to 17.

New England at Buffalo

Nobody is shocked that New England is 2-0 but plenty are that the Buffalo Bills are undefeated. I am not in love with the Patriots defense and I do like how Buffalo is playing. But I seldom pick against Brady in the regular season. New England wins 28 to 24.

New York Giants at Philadelphia

It is unclear whether Michael Vick will play due to concussion but I don’t think the Eagles will let a depleted Giants team beat them. My free week three office football pick is the Eagles 21, Giants 17.

Denver at Tennessee

The Titans pulled off a shocker last week but this still a poor team, of course the Broncos are too. I like the Titans to win at home 17 to 10.

Houston at New Orleans

The Texans lead the league in total defense but defend the run better than the pass and are pretty banged up. New Orleans and Drew Brees will light up the Texans in a 31 to 28 shootout.

New York Jets at Oakland

The Jets always think they are the best team in football and often they are, in the regular season at least. Oakland sucks and will as long as Al Davis is in charge. But every year the Raiders knock somebody off and this is their week. My week three NFL upset pick is the Raiders 17, Jets 14.

Baltimore at St. Louis

An old Baltimore team travels to face a young up and comer in the Rams. I like the Ravens to rebound a bit and win over the Rams 21 to 17.

Kansas City at San Diego

The Chiefs need a coach in the worst way and have little hope against the Chargers. San Diego wins at home 28 to 7 for all you pro football bettor’s out there.

Atlanta at Tampa Bay

The Falcons stepped up at home to beat the Eagles after a bad first week. Tampa did what they do and won with no talent other than Blount and Freeman. Usually games in this division are won by the home team. But I like Atlanta to squeeze by the Bucs 24 to 21.

Arizona at Seattle

The Cardinals can score and that is a good thing as their defense sucks. Seattle needs a quarterback but Jackson will look better against the Cards. Arizona wins 28 to 24.

Green Bay at Chicago

The Packers are looking good on offense but didn’t play their best game in a win over a bad Panthers team. Chicago came out flat against the Saints after Brian Urlacher’s mother died. I like Chicago at home in a barn burner 41 to 38 over the Packers.

Pittsburgh at Indianapolis

Peyton Manning carried this team to glory and now they suck. Pittsburgh got old but they will take the Colts in a 21 to 7 win.

Monday Night Game

Washington at Dallas

The Redskins are riding high at 2-0 while the Cowboys have had an exciting season and are 1-1. Tony Romo silenced some of his “Choke” critics by returning to the game injured and winning it last week. The Skins are a mirage and Dallas wins 21 to 10
