Colon cleansing or colon therapy has been around since the ancient times. There are several ways in which this can be done.

A person can have a method used on them called colon hydrotherapy. This is a method in which water is injected into the body via a tube into the rectum. They may also be herbs used along with this water. Waste from the body will be injected from the body via another tube.
