Bundt Pan Thanksgiving Centerpieces

If you are looking for a great way to add a bit of style to your Thanksgiving table this year, consider creating a super easy Bundt Pan Thanksgiving Centerpiece. To start, you will want a clean Bundt pan of any size. Turn the pan over so that the mound of the pan is facing the ceiling. Decorate the outside of the pan as desired and insert a pillar candle or flowers into the center. This is a great project to involve the kids with, so feel free to have them help.

A few decoration variations include:

Giving Thanks Mini-Note Design: One great way to decorate your Bundt pan centerpiece is with written declarations of what your family is thankful for. Cut one inch wide strips of decorative scrapbook paper. Have each family member write their message directly onto the paper. Spray the back of each strip with removable adhesive and smooth it onto the domed pan.

Floral Design: Another great way to decorate a Bundt pan for your Thanksgiving centerpiece is to add flowers. Double sided tape, available just about everywhere, is great for sticking both fresh and faux flowers to the pan. Use bright oranges, bold yellows, and white daisies for a great fall look.

Glittered Design: A glittered design is a great look if you do not intend on using the Bundt pan again. Use a bit of spray paint and spray pain primer on the pan prior to starting. Once dry, apply a generous amount of craft glue directly onto the pan. Apply copper, gold, or any other color glitter you choose until the entire pan is covered. (You will probably need a large grain style and several jars.) Once dry, insert the candle in the center of the pan.

Tissue Paper Design: This is probably my favorite way to decorate the Bundt pan and get the kids involved. Have each child help in making tissue paper flowers. Adhere the flowers to pan with tape.

Again, this is a great project to include the whole family in. In addition to the abovementioned designs, just about anything goes. Feel free to coordinate the decoration with the rest of your table theme or create your own design.

TIP: Obviously, avoid paper designs and decorations if you plan on burning a candle in the center of the Bundt pan design. This creates a fire hazard, which can turn your perfect Thanksgiving plans into a giant nightmare!
