Bieber Asks Fans to Stay Away from Hotel and Ryan Gosling Movie Inspires Man to Throw Hot Dog at Tiger Woods

If you haven’t seen the movie “Drive” yet we suggest you take the afternoon off and treat yourself to two hours of some nonstop Ryan Gosling action. Okay, so he doesn’t take his shirt off in the film (sad, we know) BUT he is pretty adorable, even if he is committing large acts of violence.

The film is making other people do some pretty crazy things as well. A man recently threw a hot dog at Tiger Woods and claimed the Ryan Gosling flick “Drive” inspired him to act out.

“I threw the hot dog toward Tiger Woods because I was inspired by the movie ‘Drive,’” Brandon Kelly told the Santa Rosa Press Democrat. He was arrested on Tuesday for disturbing the peace after tossing the all American snack food at the famous golfer during the Frys.com Open in San Martin, California.

“As soon as the movie ended, I thought to myself, ‘I have to do something courageous and epic. I have to throw a hot dog on the green in front of Tiger,’” Brandon, who claimed he’s a fan of the golfer, told the paper.

We’re not quite sure how throwing a piece of delicious meat at a golfer is considered courageous…or epic, but hey, we suppose it’s not any different than filling our closets with Manolo Blahniks after watching an episode of “Sex and the City”…kind of. No, in fact, it’s nothing like that at all.

This isn’t the first time Gosling’s “Drive” has made people act out. Avid movie goer from Michigan Sarah Deming is suing the distributors of “Drive” for false advertising. Apparently she hated the film because it didn’t show enough of the driver actually driving.

Deming said the movie, “bore very little similarity to a chase or race action film, for reasons including but not limited to ‘Drive’ having very little driving in the motion picture” and the movie “was promoted as very similar to ‘Fast and the Furious’ when in actuality, it wasn’t.”

You know, she has a point. There is a difference between “Drive” and “Fast and the Furious.” It’s called talent. We aren’t hating on “Fast and the Furious” but there’s a clear difference between that and a movie like “Drive.” Nothing about “Drive” in its trailer bears any resemblance to a race action film.

Maybe next time she should read the movie synopsis before heading to the theatre, no?

This isn’t the first time that fans have acted a bit…strange.

Justin Bieber recently asked fans to stay away from his hotel room after fans tried to break into his hotel room recently during his South American tour. Footage was released of frantic girls screaming and storming into the hotel building.

On his Twitter Bieber reached out to fans saying, “”My Fans go Hard!! ha. Epicfans !!! wait… but dont break into my room. that aint cool. this is still epic.”

Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson told Vanity Fair earlier this year that he avoids airports due to the insane fan reaction to his presence. The shy actor has said he’s unsure how to handle the fans. When getting ready for filming “Breaking Dawn” Pattinson knew he would need to get from Los Angeles to New Orleans in order to join the cast on set. Instead of flying, Pattinson went on a roadtrip with his friends.

“It was awesome,” he said. “I went on service roads the whole time. I navigated it on an iPhone.” Unfortunately after he hit Texas word got out about the actor driving through the area and a riot ensued at a bar he stopped at to eat chicken wings. Pattinson said a bouncer asked him, “You want us to go and knock someone out,” to which he replied, “What are you talking about? You don’t need to hit anybody.”

Do you feel bad for these celebrities who have to hide from their crazed fans?
