If you are left behind when Jesus returns, you are going to face the worst time of your life according to the Bible. Right after Jesus returns to take His followers to heaven, the seven year tribulation period begins. During this time, God will pour out His wrath upon the earth for rejecting Him and His son, Jesus. This is going to be a time when people will see things that they have never seen before. Many will die of earthquakes, wars, famines, etc. The sudden disappearance of the honeybees in the last few years will contribute to the huge famine that the Bible talks about during this time. It is all outlined in the Bible in “The Book of Revelation.”
This article is for all those who decide not to take the mark of the beast which is represented by the number 666. After Christ’s return which is called the rapture, the anti-Christ will appear to rule the world. There will be a one world religion and government. After three and a half years into the tribulation period, the anti-Christ will force everyone to worship him. This will be done by people taking his mark on the right hand or forehead.
The Bible says that there will be many people who come to know Jesus during this time and will refuse to take the mark. They will not believe the anti-Christ when he says that he is the Messiah. They will know that Jesus is the true Messiah. God has appointed 144,000 people that will be released during this time to warn everyone not to take the mark. Those who refuse the mark will be killed and will go to heaven. The Bible warns against taking this mark because if you do, you have given your soul to the devil and will spend an eternity in hell. Once you take the mark, there is no going back. It will be your choice because you will have been warned.
For those who do not take the mark, they will not be able to buy or sell which will make it very difficult to live. You will still be able to buy and sell for the first three and a half years after Jesus returns. The mark is forced upon you the last three and a half years of the tribulation period. I will not be here during this time because I will be going with Jesus when he returns. Here is some advice that I would give to everyone who decides not to take the mark.
I would stock up on food items during the first three and a half years in which you are still able to buy. Bottled water lasts for quite a while. I would have a good supply of that. Canned foods do not last for too long, so I would stock up on those towards the end of the three and half year period. Pasta seems to have a longer shelf life than canned foods. I would stock up and have many boxes of macaroni. You can survive on that even if you had to eat it every day. Tomato sauce won’t last that long but you can always eat pasta plain. Remember, you are just interested in surviving at this point.
You can also stock up on packaged foods but they do not have too long of a shelf life. (Perhaps a year and a half the most). That’s why I think pasta is the best thing to have plenty of. Lately, I have seen advertisements for powdered food that can last for many months and it has a shelf life of about 20 years. This is also a good idea to have besides pasta. Again, you will need plenty of water to mix the powder with.
Unfortunately, those who do not take the mark will be sought after to be killed. The Bible says that people will be beheaded for not taking the mark. Until that happens, you need to eat. That is the reason why I suggest to stock up on a good supply of food while you are still able to buy. If you have a baby, you will need to stock up on plenty of formula because you can’t buy milk. I would also have a good supply of diapers and baby food jars.
You will not regret your choice of not taking the mark. Soon, you will be with all of us who have gone to be with Jesus. These few years of struggle will not compare to an eternity with Jesus in heaven. Even if you are killed, you are still better off than spending an eternity in hell separated from God forever and ever. Hold on a little while longer. After the seven year tribulation period, Jesus will come and rescue all those who accepted Him during this time. You will no longer remember what you went through here on earth once you see heaven.
