Review of ELF Slant Tweezers

Having lost my other pair of tweezers, I was really too lazy to pick up an expensive pair of tweezers, so I decided to try out ELF’s Slant Tweezers because they are so inexpensive. They are slightly hard to take out of the small plastic sleeve. The tweezers are made out of a sturdy metal that won’t bend out of shape easily.

The tweezers are slightly slanted, but I don’t think that they are slanted enough to pick up all the hairs, especially really thin hairs. In addition, the tweezers don’t always necessarily get the best grip on smaller hairs, so they are hard to pull out, and even when they do pull out, they hurt a lot more. I would like to see a stronger grip for the tweezers, as well as a sharper edge.

The tweezers do allow a small space for resting your fingers, though it is really not that noticeable, so I don’t really think this is very functional. It is a little hard to keep your hold on the tweezers, especially because some hairs are so hard to pull out. The greatest problem about this is that the hairs are often not pulled out at the roots, but rather shortened by a bit.

For thicker and longer eyebrow hairs, these tweezers are effective and great. But for finer and shorter hair, it can be really hard to deal with, and most of all inconvenient to use. So if you do have the type of brows these tweezers would work for, I would highly recommend these tweezers because they are so inexpensive, only $1 on ELF’s website. But there are much better tweezers out there if you are willing to spend the money. I wouldn’t buy this item.
