The naked dude in his new bride’s hotel suite should have been a clue for Kris Humphries! Forever the optimist, the newest Kardashian family member did his best to ignore the clues that were flying in his face from the moment his marriage started on the season premiere of “Kourtney and Kim Take New York”.
In the debut of the second season of the E! reality-fest, the newlywed couple heads off to the East Coast to do what every newly married couple should do — shack up with her sister’s family with a flock of reality television cameras following their every move. From the moment the news of the shared living arrangements was revealed to his ultimate decision to head to Minnesota to focus on his training, the couple did nothing more than bicker and banter back-and-forth.
Here are a few clues from the season premiere of “KKTNY” that reality tv’s most romantic couple were headed towards splitsville:
Neat freak: Fans of the Kardashians are well aware that the high maintenance reality princess is quite the neat freak. She likes things just so and he likes things a wee bit messy. Most couples go through some version of this challenge and find a way to make it work. The most startling moment was when her own sister’s anal leaking did little to phase Kim, but his clothes on the floor was enough for her to break into tears!
Training Time: Kris is an athlete. Even though it was between seasons and an NBA lockout was looming on the horizon, he was finding it hard to stay focused on keeping in shape for his profession. It certainly didn’t help that little Mason’s playroom was feet from his door or his bride’s desire to party all night eclipsed his need for rest. Kim certainly didn’t seem to care that it would be beneficial for her groom to focus on his training away from the reality of reality tv.
Naked Yoga: The Kardashians are little bit unconventional. Most guys would flip their lid if they opened the door to their hotel suite to find a guy’s naked bum staring them in the face. Kris handled it like a trooper. Rather than force the naked yoga teacher out of the room, he took a walk and had a hard time controlling the giggles.
