Anne Hathaway might have played a princess in training in “The Princess Diaries” but the brunette bombshell is playing a real life princess with her fiance Adam Shulman, accomplished jewelry designer.
The handsome designer proposed to Hathaway in November and enlisted the help of the well-renowned jewelers at Kwiat Diamond and Fine Jewelry for his fiance’s ring.
“We’ve known [Adam] for a long time, and when he thought of proposing and buying an engagement ring, he thought of Kwiat,” the brand’s partner Greg Kwiat told Us Weekly at the 6th Annual Charity Ball, sponsored by charity:water in NYC Monday.
“Adam just wanted something beautiful, timeless and special,” he said.
The platinum and diamond ring is beautiful and special indeed coming in at a whopping 6-carats.
“He wanted something that would be perfect for Anne. We can’t talk too much about the details, but he had a good sense of her style and he had a good sense of what he want to present,” Kwiat said.
