So far, all of Jessica Simpson’s fragrances contain the word “fancy”. I’m not hating, but I think it’s time for her to try a new name. I think there are four different Fancy fragrances by now. I think she needs to move on.
I like all the Fancies, though. They smell good, and they have a cute bottle which is always a plus. Fancy Nights is my favorite, but I Fancy You is really nice too.
It’s definitely not a scent that is very unique, but it smells like something that the young crowd would like. Actually, I think all ages would like this one. It smells floral like lilies and jasmine. It’s very feminine, mild but noticeable.
I don’t know. I just feel weird about celebrity fragrances. It seems like the uprising of celebrity fragrances is causing designers to make cheaper quality fragrances. Very few designers are staying true to quality now that they see that quality doesn’t matter to us when it comes to perfume. We will wear anything-even if it smells like a cherry lollipop.
I give I Fancy You 3 out of 5 stars. It smells good, but I’m going to start being hard on all these perfumes because the classic perfumes are so much better. Obviously perfumers are slacking off nowadays. They can do better than that!
