Cats in Bags, Birds in Cages, Rabbits in Hats, & These Pages (9)

Life is full of mysteries. Aliens. Nazca Lines. Crop Circles. Some things just appear to be mysteries. Like the fuzzy stuff inside an ice cube. Or the stitching on a carpet. Or an insect trapped in amber. Some say Hitler was brilliantly senile. He was born on 4/20. He believed that some people were doomed for damnation. And Hitler was a doer. I wonder if the Holocaust made a ripple in space. I wonder if the aliens saw it. Maybe God is an alien. Maybe God sees us as the aliens. Have you ever tried climbing a pyramid?

It seems we are a race whose biggest desire is simple explanation. We want answers and we want truth, but we’ll settle for what we want to hear. Anything that’s truly significant though, whether on an individual or global scale, certainly will not have a simple explanation. And we’ll either drive ourselves crazy trying to solve these mysteries, or we’ll write them off as insignificant once we realize how tangled the web really is.
