A wise and famous king made this statement, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” A vision (dream) is very important in your pursuit of success because it’s the same as a destination or a goal. It’s a visual picture of where you are going. Having a vision (dream) helps because just as you need to know your destination when traveling, you need to know exactly where you’re trying to go in life.
As you travel by automobile, knowing your destination dictates which roads and highways you must use. While traveling through life, knowing your goal helps to determine the plans and procedures you must implement to obtain it.
Before you go on any further, get a mental picture of where you want to go in life and begin planning your future accordingly.
