Provide Affordable Housing for the Under-Privileged
In a time when quality jobs are hard to come by, it can be difficult for some to achieve the dream of home ownership. Fortunately, that is where Dayton Ohio Habitat for Humanity comes in. Their mission statement says that they “develop communities with people in need by building and renovating houses.” In 2010, the Dayton Habitat chapter helped seven families become homeowners. You can serve with them in building houses, even if you don’t have experience in carpentry.
