He found his passion at a young age and embraced it. Smith kept going, working hard and kept learning new things along the way.
Born in Houston, Smith proudly displayed his talent and love for producing since he was young by making YouTube videos of his family and friends. At the age of 14 Smith was looking for bigger and better projects and started Klownz Talk, with the concept to encourage children his age to seek higher education. Once Smith had more information about the industry, he started Kevin Smith Productions. A little after starting Kevin Smith Productions, Kevin used his own success and passion to produce a television show called Klownz Talk.
It was his first TV show and most ambitious project by far and nonetheless the first of its kind kid oriented television talk show dedicated to inspiring, motivating and encouraging kids to further their education, while maintaining a laser beam like focus on their dreams and goals. The project may expand nation wide as NBC has expressed an interest in the show. In a interview with ABC’s KTRK he explains that the show will give a chance to young performers to showcase their talent and boost their careers.
Kevin Smith Productions produced a Documentary about the life of a young music artist, Z-Dee. The documentary follows Z-Dee as he transforms from a struggling to now successful musician. The based R&B musician, Z-Dee explains his mentality, hopes and struggles as he ventures into the music industry. At such a young age, Smith as accomplished so much already and he is only getting better and stronger. Regardless of where you are born or what your age is, it should not stop you from achieving your goals and dreams. It sure hasn’t stopped Smith and that is an inspiration for anyone of any age.
