Sin Cara (Black) vs. Sin Cara (Blue):
Winner: The Blue and Original Sin Cara
The second match at the Hell In The Cell was Black Sin Cara vs. The Blue Sin Cara. Despite the commentators continuously debating on who the real Sin Cara is, we all know that the Original Sin Cara is the one who wears the blue attire. This match featured plenty of acrobatics and was the first time the two Sin Cara’s faced each other in an anticipated matchup.
Both guys are luchadors, but the Black Sin Cara displayed more aggression along with his arrogance. As we all know, the Blue Sin Cara is very gifted when it comes to high flying maneuvers and prefers live by high flying moves. This match seemed great on paper, but it failed to entertain certain fans at the HIAC PPV certain times. I was quite surprised to hear “boring” chants, but some fans are hard to please.
The match wasn’t perfect, but was well-rounded if you ask me. It featured some impressive submissions in the beginning of the match. It was also impressive how both Sin Cara’s countered each other moves. The arm drags performed in this match were quite impressive as well. In the end, the Blue Sin Cara landed an impressive roll up to win the match. It is quite obvious that this rivalry is far from over and will only get better as the Tour in Mexico approaches.
