Pinot Noir lovers, unite!
If you enjoy the satisfying taste of Pinot Noir, it’s time to lift your glass in celebration at the 10th Pinot Noir Summit on Saturday, February 25, 2012, hosted by Affairs of the Vine and the Hilton San Francisco Financial District.
Refreshing and light bodied, sipping the fruity red taste of Pinot Noir will bring to mind cherries, sweet berries, plums and tomatoes; perhaps even an earthy tone to its wonderful flavor. Aficionados of this wine will get to enjoy a phenomenal experience, surrounded by great Pinot Noirs, tasty side fare with a variety of cheeses and light hors d’oeuvres that are paired well with this nectar from the vine. There will be workshops, a blind tasting where the best Pinot Noirs meet head-to-head, a Sparkling Wine tasting, and a Grand Awards Tasting and Ceremony to culminate the evening.
Tickets go on sale February 1, 2012 and attendance is limited. Only 350 tickets are available for wine fans of Pinot Noir. All-Day tickets for the affair, taking place at the Hilton are $130 per person. Purchase your ticket before February 1 and you can receive a discount of $30. Tickets for the Grand Awards Tasting & Ceremony, from 6pm until 8:30 pm, with KGO/ABC host Spencer Christian, are also available for $80. After the event, stay for the night.
