Nights I spent entwined in your arms.
Moments that seemed not long.
Enough.
I miss your warm touch.
I held on.
I was so strong.
You are gone.
I must go on, alone.
I fought so hard.
Love’s death did us part.
But, forever…

I still hold you close.
