I am a fan of many Special K brand food products. When I came across a box of Special K Raspberry Cheesecake Bars in my local grocery store, I was quite interested. These looked so good. I decided to buy them, try them out and write a product review about them. Here is what I found out!
One box of Special K Raspberry Cheesecake Bars costs around three dollars. Not a bad price when you consider that each box has six individually wrapped bars in it. This snack has a lot going on. It is a good source of fiber. One of these bars has only 90 calories in it. This bar was inspired by a much loved dessert. The raspberry cheesecake. I am a cheesecake lover. Obviously, I knew that I would most likely love these. I could not wait to taste them!
When I tried one of these bars, I was with a relative of mine. We had these for a quick breakfast. I loved these and they are just what they advertise that they are. Fun raspberry and cheesecake flavors mixed with Special K cereal. These are creative and different. They are also fairly filling. I rate this cereal bar four stars out of five stars. I will be buying these again. My relative agreed with me.
One bar has 90 calories. 20 of those calories are from fat. Awesome. One bar has just 2 grams of total fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 0 mg’s of cholesterol, wow, 75 mg’s of sodium, 17 grams of total carbs, 3 grams of dietary fiber, 3 grams of dietary fiber, 7 grams of sugars and less than 1 gram of protein. It would be nice if these had more protein and vitamins in them. This product does contain milk, wheat and soy ingredients.
I had fun trying Special K Raspberry Cheesecake Bars and writing this product review about them. A true treat for cheesecake lovers. This snack is a low cal winner, in my book. A dieter’s friend. Special K cereal bars come in many amazing flavors like chocolate chip, among others. I am a fan.
