Self Massage: Foot Energizer Massage

This foot energizer can be a self massage or you can perform on another person, just compensate for hand positions since these instructions are for one person.

Feet actually have approximate figure of 7,800 nerve’s in the foot. And each nerve are very sensitive to being overworked. And we all have to face it, our feet are the sole of our daily activities. They are a part of our bodies that we use the most besides our hands. Our fee carry us all day in all of our activities and at the end of the day are just begging for our attension. So relieve all of the stress from tight, achy feet with this easy 10 minute self massage.

1. Gently hold your foot in your hands with all of your fingers underneath and the thumbs on top. With your thumbs, stretch across the top of your foot trying to keep the fingers still while moving your thumbs.

2. Take one of your hands and hold the heel, and with the other hand with 4 fingers underneath the foot and the thumb on the top flex the foot. Make sure you try and pull the residence to really loosen the whole foot.

3. Now take a few moments and gently extend the foot and try to stretch as far as comfort allows.

4. Next, take both hands and gently twist the foot using a wringing motion in both directions. This technique stretches the muscles in every way.

5. Hold on to one toe and give a squeeze to the toe and pulling action and do this to every toe.

6. Now hold your foot with both hands and make small circle motions over the whole bottom of the foot.

7. And lastly, support the foot in one hand and stroke the upper part from the ankle all the way to the toes.
