The dinners include themes each night to give the guests a variety tastes. One night gives guests a more local Bahamian flavor, as well as authentic Mexican, and Italian nights, as the staff dresses according to the native land and come to dine with you.
The other two restaurants are unique in their own way. Bambu as the name suggests, serves Asian food, as well as fried ice cream for one of their desserts. You can find Italian food is served nightly at La Trattoria Viva’s breathtaking third restaurant.
The night doesn’t stop after dinner. They have performances each night from Pirate shows to comedy, as well as trapeze and aerial hoop, they are sure not to disappoint you. After the show everyone goes to the main bar for games or karaoke, and then heads over to the disco or beach party for late night dancing.
