Cotter, Arkansas, considers itself, “Trout Capital of the World,” because of the White River. Lake Norfork, in Norfork, Arkansas, is known for lunker and striped bass. Spear fishing is permitted here. This is, also, the ideal spot to do some fly fishing.
Lake Ch icot is a natural lake. Crappie fishing is great here, because of the cypress trees that are in this area. Boating is a little tricky, but can be done.
