Black Friday 2011: Guide to Shopping Deals and Steals for Finding E-Reader and Tablet Bargains

Prices have fallen enough on ebook readers that you don’t need to wait for Black Friday to get an ereader for under $100, but you can find good deals on Kindles and Nooks at after Thanksgiving sales and on Cyber Monday, which is November 28, 2011.

Amazon Kindles will be $79, but Radio Shack and Staples are offering gift cards with the purchase of a Kindle. Amazon started selling the large Kindle DX 3G for $259, which is a good discount. Barnes and Noble Nooks will also be discounted this shopping season. Best Buy is selling the Nook Simple Touch for $79 with free shipping online, and that price matches Amazon’s cheapest Kindle.
