A Review of Pride & Joy Lobster Slider Patties: Only One Dollar

I am a big fan of lobster and when I spotted a box of Pride & Joy Lobster Slider Patties in the frozen seafood section of my local grocery store, I was thrilled. These looked really good and the price was right. I decided to purchase them, try them out and write a product review all about them. Here is what I discovered!

I was not familiar with the Pride & Joy brand name. I soon discovered that this product is made in the U.S.A. and packed by the Indian Ridge Shrimp Company located in Louisiana. I bought one box of Pride & Joy Lobster Slider Patties for only one dollar. Each box has two patties in it. Having never tried lobster patties before, I was intrigued by these, I must admit. I could not wait to taste them! These resemble crab cakes. They have breading, lobster meat, butter, buttermilk, kosher salt, potato flour and many other interesting ingredients in them.

You can pan fry these or oven bake them. I chose to bake them. I preheated my oven to 400 degrees, placed the sliders on a cookie sheet and baked for 10 minutes. They smelled yummy and when I tried these, I was very impressed. They have a lot of lobster meat in them. The inside of the patty is pink. These have good flavor and are delicious. I could find no fault with them. I rate Pride & Joy Lobster Slider Patties five stars out of five stars. I will be buying these again. They are a fun item to add to a meal.

One patty has 51 calories. 19 of those calories are from fat. These have 2.1 grams of total fat, 0.4 grams of saturated fat, 0 mg’s of trans fat, 10 mg’s of cholesterol, 112 mg’s of sodium, 4.5 grams of total carbs, 0.3 grams of dietary fiber, 0.3 grams of sugars and 5.4 grams of protein. This product does contain shellfish, wheat, soy and eggs. These patties also have a nice amount of iron in them. I loved trying them and writing this product review. This is a creative and different dish. My family loves these and I agree. This product is a winner! I never thought I would find one dollar lobster, but I did.
