A: It has been a very long time but I had it when I was a teen. I had to take an antibiotic and use a bag type douche twice a day. I just laid in the bottom of the tub and let the water cleanse. I am not sure what the treatment is these days but DON’T use the bulb type if it is still recommended because it can push the infection up into the uterus.It is a nasty smelling discharge. I don’t remember if it was a thin yellowish discharge or not. It has been 40+ years ago.

Q: I need a very straight forward answer.about four months ago i started having bladder infections, and was given medicine, then i got trichomoniasis symptoms and it wasn’t until this past friday that i was diagnosed with it and was given an antibiotic.here’s the thing:I’m married. and i have been faithful to my husband.he has told me again and again that he has been faithful to me and as much as i want to believe him. i can’t.i’ve researched this as much as i can, on some sites it says it can be possible to get it from a damp towel, clothes or toilet seat, and my doctor has said the same.but i am aware that it is possible but not very probable.i need to know if there is for sure another way i could have gotten it. if not, i’m afraid i have to come to terms with my husband being unfaithful to me.
