A: It probably started out as a UTI, with no symptoms. No symptoms = no diagnosis. Then, because it went untreated so long, it turned into a kidney infection. Which is worse in the long run. Hopefully it won’t have lasting affects on your kidneys, as kidney infections when gone unnoticed, and untreated, wreak havoc on the kidneys.
