Q: I recently started breaking out around my face. Most of what I’m breaking out are white heads. Especially around my chin, lower cheeks, and upper lip areas. It hurts, and it’s a HUGE stab to my self-esteem. There’s a HUGE party going on right now and I am not there because of this. Does anybody know anything I can do that will help out? A: Try this before you go to bed:1. Wash you face with a gentle cleanser such as cetaphil or purpose. 2. Make an aspirin mask (aspirin is a derivitive of salicylic acid): mix 5 crushed aspirin with 1 Tbsp of water to make a paste and put it on your skin for 15-20 minutes. If you skin is sensitive, you can mix the aspirin with honey instead. Wash off with warm water.3. Put a light, oil free moisturzer all over.4. Put a dab of persagel-10 on each cyst to help dry it out overnight.NExt morning: Repeat steps, 1, 3 and 4 (doing the mask again will be too harsh). If there’s still some redness, put a couple drops of visine on it to decrease inflammation before putting the persagel on the cysts again.
