The the doctor will tell you to drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, and exercise more! Also, the doc my recommend Metamucil or Citrucel. Go with the Citrucel. It doesn’t cause gas.If the blood is almost brownish, don’t worry. Whatever it is, you’ve caught it early, which is great! But go to the doctor tomorrow.
