Q: I have a small red area on my bottom lip. It only hurts when I apply pressure to it, either with my finger, or rubbing my lips together. It’s not very red at all, but noticable to me. I’ve never had a cold sore before, is this the start of one? There is not even a raised bump, just a little bit of pressure. Feels like a pimple with no head.
